I have raised a warranty claim for Ptron smart watch, sent the invoice, images & then couriered to PTron india. Ticket #PR619839
They confirmed the receipt & initiated the claim process but the story is below
Date of return of the product : 14-Sep-21
Mail confirmation on Refund instead of replacement : 24-Sep-21
Refund initiation mail confirmation by Ptron (1st) : 27-Sep-21
Non credit of refund mail from myself to Ptron : 20-Oct-21
Refund initiation mail confirmation by Ptron (2nd) : 03-Nov-21
Non credit of refund mail from myself to ptron : 12-Nov-21
Getting frustrated for following up to get a refund/replacement. Now loosing confidence on the brand itself.
Unfournately i have a earphone which is Ptron brand, worried about it's warranty. Let me hope that will not fail during warranty period atleast.
PTron customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
