      I brought a ptron true wireless headset. After 5 month the headset case battery is draining.I want to claim warranty so i email to their support team then they replied to me in 2 days there will not contact me but i don't receive any call or email after 2 days.

        I have logged a complaint for my ptron product under the warranty i have request for replacement or repair. Still there is no reply the ticket from past 7 days. There is no reply for the mails and also the customer care is worst where the executive is shown always busy and the call gets disconnected

          I have had ptron bassbuds plus for 6 to 7 months and after 3 months there was a problem with the charging jack of the case but after some time it got fixed on its own but now the left side of my earbuds is not working or turning on it shows red light when its is in the charging case and after some time blue light but after taking it out of the case it doesnt work and no lights come up. Only the right side is working

                  PR363473 is my complaint number and i have courired my product for replacement. It was delivered to ptron on 20th December 2021 and it has been 25 days since that and no updates have been given to me on it. I also wrote a mail asking for any acknowledgements or updates but haven't got any reply to that since a week. As the mail for return the product stated, it would go for a quality check and if the issue was genuine then they will send me a new product within 14 days. It is going to be a month in few days and i am not even getting any acknowledgement stating or tracking the progress. Not satisfied with the service by PTron

                        Issues with sound, charging, disturbance during call. Tried contacting PTron but their phone number [protected] is not connecting.
                        Only mode of communication is via email and the last response was on 29/11/2021 when they asked for invoice. After submitting the invoice they closed the ticket.

                        The product was purchased on 17/10/2021 and have been trying to contact PTron since then.

                          I have sent my ptron buds for replacement through India post. I haven't received any information regarding the replacement. please resolve this issue. and replace my ptron buds, have been trying to contact the customer care but they don't at all receive the calls nor they reply to the emails

                            I was facing issue with the bluetooth. So I raised the complaint as i was having warranty. I was told to ship the product to service center. So before shipping i asked the customer service executive of pTron that will I get refund for shipping charges. They told me that i will my refund once the product is replaced. So i shipped the product. I was told that i will get the replacment within 15 days but i didn't recieved it in 15 days it took more than 29 days. But the replaced product is also damaged not having speaker filter same issue of mic. And also i asked for refund but they told me that i will not get refund as it is not under company policy. There are having worst after sale service. They dont even picked up calls operator Always say our executive is busy with other customer call again.

                                      I have raised a warranty claim for Ptron smart watch, sent the invoice, images & then couriered to PTron india. Ticket #PR619839

                                      They confirmed the receipt & initiated the claim process but the story is below

                                      Date of return of the product : 14-Sep-21
                                      Mail confirmation on Refund instead of replacement : 24-Sep-21
                                      Refund initiation mail confirmation by Ptron (1st) : 27-Sep-21
                                      Non credit of refund mail from myself to Ptron : 20-Oct-21
                                      Refund initiation mail confirmation by Ptron (2nd) : 03-Nov-21
                                      Non credit of refund mail from myself to ptron : 12-Nov-21

                                      Getting frustrated for following up to get a refund/replacement. Now loosing confidence on the brand itself.

                                      Unfournately i have a earphone which is Ptron brand, worried about it's warranty. Let me hope that will not fail during warranty period atleast.

                                        I was charging my device overnight because I had faith in the 'Over-charge Protection' and 'Over-current Protection' which is the USP of pTron Dynamo Zip Powerbank. The next day morning the device's OUT port (type A port) is acting wierd. When I connect my device its facing frequent disconnections as if I am inserting USB cable in and out of the port. I had purchased the product on AUG 14 from Amazon and it got delivered on AUG 17 and I'm writing this on AUG 26. Apparently, the return window was just for 7 days. The product's inside was shaking a little bit but I neglected it because I was impressed at the performance of the device. The fast charging and Power Delivery was excellent in this product, but that didn't last long. I've sent them the product and after 2 weeks or so, they've sent me a faulty unit from LatestOne.com bottom part of the powerbank was missing and it was coming all apart. I've contacted them complaining about the replacement unit's condition. To my astonishment, they've sent me a different model. but it looks the same. I bought PTron Dynamo Zip 18W 20000mah - Black from Amazon and that got damaged after their 10 day replacement policy. But they've sent me PTron Dynamo Elite 18W 20000mah - Black. Images are attached for your reference. They've asked me to return the replacement unit and said that they will replace the item. They received the product and returned me back an email saying they will process the replacement within 10-15 days. Its been almost 3 months since I've heard from them and I'm concerned that I lost my money. I've created the ticket on 28th August and since 13th October they've stopped responding to my messages. Thankfully, they have not closed the ticket so I still have some hope. Please help me. If there's a delay in replacement process they should've contacted me after their claiming "10-15 working days" saying the same. But their absence of response started to upset me. Please find a solution for this as soon as possible.
