PTU — transcripts not received even after payment

My name is poonam and i have applied transcripts for iqas evaluation through student support portal on dated 12th of august 2018 but till now i have not received it. As per guidelines ptu will take 15-20 days to process student's query and now its been more than 20 days. I have called to the toll free number of ptu but they responded in a very rude manner. I have already made payment of rupees 700 on their online portal now i don't know what to do. I need transcript as earliest as possible as it takes more days to send it to canada. It has been already very delayed. Please help. My student support ticket no is 19497
