My bgmi profile was hijacked by hacker who phished up my facebook creds. He then linked his own Two guys contacted me via whatsapp, message and also the ingame message and told me that your ID has been hacked and if you your account back you have to pay us.
And since i still had access to my bgmi account Meanwhile I tried reporting those hackers many times, not sure if anything hapedn with that.

I was an online game player for PUBG and used to enjoy that a lot, I have put immense time and money into that game and recently by no means have they banned my account for 10 YEARS saying i have violated their USER AGREEMENT.

In any case i have not violated or broke their agreement with me, it was their ANTI-CHEATING incompetency and their teams of INCOMPETENT ENGINEERS who could not provide better services through their gamebr...

Purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on[protected] at 8:54pm via internet banking. Costing rs.799 for uc credit of 660.

My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my phone account that the money went in times of money limited.
Its a huge sum of money and i'm worried for the same.

My money got debited from my account but it showed that purchase has failed.I didn't receive my uc not did I got any refund.Please either give me uc in pubg mobile or refund my money.

Situation hapend with me. When PUBG account data converting to BGMI account at that time my account got Hacked. At time of login to BGMI only my facebook account was linked but after a days one unknown email was linked to my account. And so on a days gone, one day when i login to BGMI i got baan for 6 days after 6 days i login my account was not opened infact new fresh account opening is showing to me.

I have mailed to email support team BGMI but nothing happened. I been waiting and hoping soon i get my account back

I request please help like us to get our own account back, we had spend lots of time and effort to make grow account.
