[Resolved]  Pubg Mobile — purchase failed but money deducted

I bought 60 UC for 79 INR and money was deducted from my back account but it shows that purchase has failed.
I contacted customer care and PUBG support and provided the Reference Number but they told me that they need a valid receipt which is not fair since they never provide any receipts during the past purchases.
I am very displeased with the customer care since they respond very late and were very rude.
