As per your guidelines we waited out of hotel 13.30 to 15.30. but nobody not reach or contact with us.we tried to contact with your customer care, there also nobody answered, one of your customer care staff disconnected phone without phone manners. Anyway lost our dream for watching the ceremony. Please understand we travelled more than 2-3 days only this purpose.so, please advice to refund our payment.
