On 12/13/23 2023, Mr Victanand V, MRD No. 2439750, has booked for 3 Doctors. Dr. U. Natarajan, Cardiologist; Dr. George Kuriyan, Nephrologist and Dr. Bini Faizal, ENT.

The cardiology Dept was opened before 8 AM. There was token system and the reception was working smoothly. I have explained the secretary of Dr U Natarajan that I have to run between departments. She was very attentive and helpful. I could do my ECG and ECHO and consult the Dr. before 11 AM. The secretary of Dr. U Natarajan called me over telephone when my turn came and I could consult my Dr. In time.

In comparison, even though I took token around 8: 30 and all the tests were done and the token No was only 22 I could only consult the Dr
Around 2 PM..

There was no token system in Nephrology Dept. The reception was very poor.

Even though repeatedly I told that I have to consult 3 doctors she was not giving a clear picture and did not call me over telephone, when my turn came.

Just like in market patients were keeping their records in Verandha befor the counter was opened.

The receptionist was arrogant and do not know how to deal with patients.

Token system should have been introduced in Nephrology Dept. Receptionist needs hospitality training.

I am resident of gali n0 19 kunwar singh nagar nangloi delhi, there is a illegal warehouse/godown running in a house which is causing traffic jams in our narrow road and loading and unloading of materials even in the late mid night and in the morning also causing disturbance to the resident of the society.

The van guy missbehaved with us and he runs away. He doesnt have a fixed time and route. We keep aaing him to stop the van still he runs away, please help here as this is really intolerable now

There has been number of occurrences where people have constructed speed breakers in front of there houses which are not as per standard.

The height of these breakers is such that it can cause some serious accident .

Also due to no paint on the breakers it is difficult to identify them from far .

There’s a street dog in our vicinity who is very aggressive and growls at people. He has also bit my pet dog once and he had to be vaccinated. It has become a task taking my dog to walk as he not only pounces at my dog but also at myself. Please help us on this issue. I don’t want to be hitting him but it is very difficult to co exist.

Few dogs in Avanti Vihar sector-2, vasant corner are being over protective due irresponsible way of feeding in front of the houses. The dogs have became resistance for the free movement of the people arround the colony. Me being father of 2 years old kid is also being worried for the same. My father was roaming with my kid that time they attacked, a old person was also attacked few week back, A Man was coming with her small kid that time they chased them.
I after seeing more than 4-5 incounter of these dogs with common people is concerned for the situation.

Need immediate action for life cause of colony people. The dogs group is having more add-on, the population is increasing!

The bark very much making the place unpleasant.

They have attacked my pet puppy dog too while saving i got a bite marks in my arm .

Ghaziabad, sahibabaad rajender nagar sector-5 electricity is not coming properly for the last about 1.5 months, very little voltage comes, which is mostly less than 100 watts and sometimes less than 50 watts, which has been complained many times. But till now no hearing has been done, the problem of voltage is getting more. Light is not coming for the last 2 days, due to which there is a problem of water as well as electricity, many people are filling water by asking for generators, there is a lot of carelessness on the part of the electricity department, there is a lot of problem, please do Keep this complaint in mind and solve this problem as soon as possible.
