I had visited Horamavu ( Bangalore) branch on Saturday to open a new bank account for my daughter . Lady Hamsa, she was sitting near entrance ( hope it is helpdesk) very unprofessional behavior & very rude . She did not give appropriate information on opening bank account & also she was treating customers like her slaves . It was not only with me i had noticed same behavior with other customers also, because of this i had to visit other bank to open the account . Hope serious action will be taken on this .
