Puffily — Order never received and company is unreachable

I placed order on company’s website. It doesn’t provide me with any tracking information and I never received my product. There is no phone number to reach the company. I’ve emailed them but no response. I did research online and it says company is more likely fake. On April 7th at 10:51am I got a text from[protected] with confirmation of my $34.63 purchase from Puffily, and saying that they will notify me when it ships. It provided a link for me to view order#17441 and gave me a website link (https://www.puffily.ca/[protected]/orders/26098eab9b8d53820558aa2e4fb295/authen...⇄
Yet when I click the link it takes me a to a Puffily page with order confirmation and my customer information but NO TRACKING and no STATUS or indication of the order being fulfilled. There is no phone number. When you click the contact us button it takes you to a form which when you fill it out you get no response. Their website doesnt provide any company address or other contact information.
