I received a order #, but never received a confirmation# with the email from the company after processing my payment. I track it with shop, but all it says it that I purchased it, and that it shipped. I purchased it on April 4th......

I ordered a "free" blanket and paid $19.78 for shipping. I have never received it. I got 2 texts, one saying my order was placed, the other saying my order has shipped. Never to receive it!
I attempted to contact them several times through email, phone and text to no avail. Please do not fall for this scam!!!...

I ordered two blankets two weeks ago. I fear it may be too late to refund the money....

Puffily advertised blankets “on sale” so I purchased two of them and the only email I ever received said product was shipped. This was on 04/07/2021 and 04/09/2021.

It is 04/25/2021 and I have not been sent any tracking information or any type o[censored]pdate. Emailing does nothing because you get no response even though website says party can be contacted 7 days a week....

I placed order on company’s website. It doesn’t provide me with any tracking information and I never received my product. There is no phone number to reach the company. I’ve emailed them but no response. I did research online and it says company is more likely fake. On April 7th at 10:51am I got a text from[protected] with confirmation of my $34.63 purchase from Puffily, and saying that they will notify me when it ships....
