I ordered from this company in dec. I constantly tried to communicate by email they had no other reference. I tried to cancel then with numerous emails because my product wasn't showing up and tracking number suddenly didn't exist. They responded one time saying it was on it's way. I requested to cancel and refund. No response. Finally my product showed up, horrible horrible product. They did respond when i asked to return and they asked for pics. I sent them and i have not heard from since. I email every day asking for response to return label and process refund... Crickets...
I used afterpay and they were able to through the beginning to send them messages but once i received the product they don't respond either?
I placed order dec 16, 2020, jan 7, 14, 24, 2021 i emailed asking for response to product not showing up and said i don't want to continue to make payments, feb 1, 2021 i requested cancel. Feb 7 product suddenly shows up, i emailed again with pics of terrible product and request return and refund with the response, we don't refund. I have been sending an email everyday since with no response. I am out $124.94 and need help getting this back. Thank you. If i need to send you emails i will do that.
