I have traveled from bangalore to chennai on 26th september by kaveri exp. 16022, 2 ac but while booking tickets, ticket was wrongly booked from bangalore cant. And the train reaches at 00.02am and the date got changed.
My ticket pnr no. Was [protected]. Fare paid rs.460/-
Due to the above mistake i was issued a new paper ticket no. A. Y 0007354 dated 27th september and amount charged rs. 1750/- inspite of my request for seniors citizen discount in the same class.
I hereby claim the difference of fare rs.1290/- and refund o[censored]nused ticket.
