Pulsar Netcom Private Limited — Online Data entry job Fraud (Have paid refundable amount of INR 20,000 to pulsar Netcom for Data Entry job. No refund & No salary)

I was searching for a genuine job online job to support my family and found a website by name 'https://www.pulsarnetcom.in/'
They claimed that they were genuine and were registered with the MCA (U72900DL1996PTC078767).
They were a data entry job site, everything in the site was so perfect that it did not look like a scam. They said their program is part of Digital India Mission.

On 30th December of 2020, I paid the amount of Rs 20, 000 through Net banking as registration charge to their HDFC bank account ([protected]) which they said was refundable after one month.

They sent me the work file which i submitted on time. But till now I have not received any response from them.
Now their website and their email(Pulsar Netcom ) and phone number are not available and I have not received my registration fee or salary promised.

I have all the proofs required. Please help me get a refund of my money sir.
