Puma — Amount debited from my account but the order is not reflecting in the app.

This is in reference to the order placed on 8th April 2023, 07:24pm through Paytm UPI reference number[protected]. The order is not reflecting in the Puma app, so I need confirmation either through email or message if my order is received or else return the whole amount as soon as possible.
