Puma — Dealing with fraudulent and false refund promises over a month

It’s been over a month, Everyone from a floor agents to supervisors are lieing to me every single time I call in for support. They just keep giving me dates and and me a call back for the there end last week when I spoke to a supervisor he jaunt said he will make sure the manual refund link will be sent to my mail address and he will ring me on my alternate number which is [protected] to confirm that by the send of Saturday he promised me that he’ll do so, but he just lied. I want the link to be sent by the end of this day or else I will officially lodge a complaint with all the evidences. This is my final warning I have been lied for a month from 8-9 people from puma's end. And this won’t end good anymore. I want the manual refund link on my mail ID that is [protected]@gmail.com in next 24 hours.
