On 9/07/2014 i purchased a bag.What happened is that this bag is totally a mess, . I have discovered that the bag has the following problem:its upper strip is damaged
I have not opened it yet but once my dad opened it, it was nice looking but after 2 days' experience o[censored]sing it, I swear to god this is the worst product I got from "high class" seller. I totally trusted its quality
The Sale of Goods Act 1979 makes it an implied term of the contract that goods be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. As you are in breach of contract I am entitled to have the bag [repaired/replaced] and I would request that you confirm that you will do this within the next seven days.
when i contact the store on 14/07/2014 they told me that on this date (7 july) no bag was sold by them but when i show them the bill they said they will send company the mail and replace my bag in 7 days.now till 29 july no reply is come from them amd when i contact them they did not give positive response.
I've been using so many bag and I have never seen a bag like that before. It is completely waste of money and I would never ever trust puma again. The 14-day return and exchange policy is a joke. Once you got over it, they pretty much don't give a ** of that quality issue. 1000 rs bag, wtf is that good quality product come from!
if no positive reply come from your side this is the last time i had purchased a puma product
I also require you to confirm whether you will arrange for the bag to be collected or will reimburse me for the cost of returning it.
I look forward to receiving your satisfactory proposals for settlement of my claim within seven days of the date of this letter.
