I have sent back one of my product back to puma warehouse on 18-24 Dec 2018 which was a COD order and they were supposed to refund back my amount to my bank account which they have initiated and completed also but that has not reflected in my account and accordingly i used to call puma customer care every now and then but they respond very badly and every time ask for more time.Finally before few days they asked me to provide the bank statement from last two months which i did and it didnt show that amount credited in my account and now they are again asking for some time which they used to say before also and suggesting me to raise the dispute with bank which i already had but as per bank manager the bank has no role in it as the amount has not been credited so they couldn't provide me any information regarding on the basis of only NFT.
So please it is request kindly look into the matter
