I had ordered a pair of shoes online which i ordered pink in colour but it was sent in black colour nd the size i ordered was 7 but 8 was sent to me.. Nd now wen i ask for refund i’m told about the procedure which is 10 -15 days the money would be transferred.. The customer care executive mr rajmohan was so aggressive nd rude was just not listening to me, just kept saying that’s our procedure, that’s our procedure... Will u people look into this matter nd return my money asap or i need to go to higher authorities
