Puma India — I am complaining about an order confirmation for a hoodie which I did not receive even though the money was deducted

I ordered a PUMA Graphic Women's Hoodie (black) on 13th November 2022 at 9.05pm. i did not receive the confirmation of the order nor did I receive an email from the company. The payment was made through Phone pe Transaction ID - T2211132105265646063060
Kindly help me regarding this issue.
