I have purcahsed a "Puma Fass 500- PWR Cool" at a price of Rs. 8999/- from the Puma Store at Main Market, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi 0n 07-05-15 vide Receipt No. 69991 dt.7-5-15.
The inner side of the cushion in the back portion of Right Shoe is badly torn in use of just about 45 days.
It is strange that a very expensive Premium Running Shoe by an International Company "PUMA", was torn badly within about 40-45 days o[censored]se.The Torn cushion has also caused pain/blisters in my foot.
Such poor quality of Premium Brand Shoe of the Company gives a very bad image and distort the reputation of PUMA Company.
I have written a detailed complaint to PUMA at " [protected]@puma.com" on 30-6-15 with photos of Receipt anf torn portion of Shoes. A reminder was sent on 2-7-15.
However till date I have not received any reply from the Company. I also contacted local authorised dealer of PUMA at Nagpur but they informed that they cannot help.
Please help in the matter.
