I ordered a shoe from puma online through UPI, my money got debited and my order status says failed, i tried contacting customer care it said no one at the office when I call so I tried emailing them and guess what, the website crashed and all the thing i typed was a waste of time, i tried the ticket thing and it crashed again. I have to contact them again tommorow about this and i got scammed by puma with the promo code, i got the code from phone pe, before sign up, i tried to buy a shoe without sign up or login, i was in the billing section and i applied the promo code but then the website crashed and my billing process terminated, i signed up and logged in and then buying the same shoe again and this time i couldn't apply the promo code, it says it's already used bit i haven't used it at all, this was a huge scam by far i had ever experienced Was this information helpful? |
