I have order Storm Origin Shoe on October 04, 2022 (order number is[protected] by paying through Simpl Pay which was recommended in Puma App. Due to quality issue I had return the same and handed over to Delivery person on October 08, 2022.
Almost a month have gone, still I haven’t received my refund back. I have raised the issue with many Puma customer support team. No proper responses from their end. Simpl pay had sent a reminder for next bill payment. Was this information helpful? |
