Puma — Its been over a month no refund has been done. Promised a manual link for payment even thats not been done | |||
It’s been over a month Everyone from a floor agents to supervisors are lieing to me every single time I call in for support. They just keep giving me dates and and me a call back for the there end last week when I spoke to a supervisor he jaunt said he will make sure the manual refund link will be sent to my mail address and he will ring me on my alternate number which is [protected] to confirm that by the send of Saturday he promised me that he’ll do so, but he just lied. I want the link to be sent by the end of this day or else I will officially lodge a complaint with all the evidences. This is my final warning I have been lied for a month from 8-9 people from puma's end. And this won’t end good anymore. I want manual payment link to be sent on my email within next 24 hours.
