[Resolved] Puma — Money deducted from account but order showing as failed

Hey I bought a shoe from the official website of Puma on[protected] I chose prepay as it had 5% offer. But to my disappointment the money was deducted from my bank account but the order status shows FAILED. My order No is:[protected].
its been almost 24 hours and there is no help from the customer care. I have all the proofs with me. Please do the needful

Recently puma costumer care called me and said they are trying to refund money but the transaction with my bank is not working properly. This is what they says everytime I enquire and ask me to wait for 2 more days and this keeps on going. I dont know why puma is having issue with my bank when the bank authorities said there is no issues at all. Can't understand why such multinational companies take advantage of people even when all small online business are trustworthy.
What I could understand is never fall for 5% offer on prepay from PUMA. Such a disappointing experience I had.
Please I request the authorities to open your eyes to such scams. Please do the needful so that I could get back my money safely.

Attaching e mail from them which says we are working on it. This is what they say every time
