Puma — Money is debited but order not placed

I just placed the order from puma app because of the 5 percent extra discount I use online payment method and use my paytm upi to make the transaction. However, I didn’t receive any confirmation about the same for 2 to 3 hour then I check app about the order status and when checking I found in order page shows you haven’t make any order yet. I write to puma support but didn’t get any response, even I have upi reference code which is mentioned below:[protected]
I have screenshot where it’s clearly mentioned that payment is made to Puma India.
Either send confirmation about the order or send my money back.
