I bought sneakers on 10th October 2021, and their courier partner was sitting on it for more than 5 days and after raised a complaint got delivered on 19th October. I didn't like it hence raised refund request. Puma accepted but stating my area is in non serviceable list so can't take it back, I wonder if it's non serviceable location how come they have delivered. There intention is very clear that they are not ready for refund. I really feel sorry for myself trusting PUMA as an international brand, actually it's third class company with false exchange and return policy. Everybody please beware of PUMA, India especially.
