Puma — Not refunding even after product passed quality check and returned to warehouse

I ordered two shoes from puma while one shoes was good but the other was tight .so i returned the tight shoes . After passing the quality check the shoe reached there warehouse on 11th december . After giving me an initial cashgram link, that expired the moment i tried to claim it . Now even after repeated emails and calls and after more than 1 month they are still not repaying /refunding my money.every time i put any enquiry they say forwarded to the concerned team you will receive a new link within 24 to 48 hours .but after repeatedly trying i am tired and feel cheated please help +1 photos Was this information helpful? Puma customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
