I have bought a football from puna official website and after delivery of product I was not satisfied with the product so i had made my mind to return it and i returned it. After reaching warehouse of puma I mailed puma regarding my refund the told me that it'll take 7 to 10 business days, then I waited for 10 days still o hadn't get any refund then again I mailed and talked to puma customer care and they told me the same "we have checked and due to some technical issue please wait for 48 hours" i waited then again I mailed, and again they told me the same. It has been 3 months still i haven't received any refund from their side.
The strange is that now they are not responding to mail 😡 Was this information helpful? |
