Hope this finds you well. Requesting an acknowledgment of the receipt of this mail.
For my order number[protected], I need to have a RETURN PICKUP scheduled since this is WRONG SIZE for me.
I have called 6 times explaining the whole situation again. Please help schedule my pickup at the earliest.
There has already been a delay. I dont want to end up paying for these shoes due to delay as per 15 days return TAT.
Furthermore, when I wanted to raise a complaint, i was not allowed to do that. I wasn’t even provided Supervisor for talking.
