Dear Team Puma,
I have ordered the same product from your website on 18th Jan 2023 but the same has not been delivered to me yet, as on date 16/02/2023 I have called customer care to know the status of delivery then she refused to deliver the product as there was some price mismatch.
As I have ordered the same product in very good faith on the name of Puma Brand so why is it making its customers fool.
If I have ordered the same should be delivered to me and I am ready to pay the amount for which I have ordered.
I request the company Puma to please look into the matter, otherwise I'll need to take the help of the consumer forum, as it is our right.
I have attached the screenshots and original tax invoice of the order.
