Puma — Order not placed but amount debited

I tried placing order in puma app for 6 pair of sneaker socks, then i selected the upi payment option for 5%discount, but the money is debited from my account of ₹3693 but the order was not placed and in the "your order" section of app there still shows you haven't ordered anyting yet!, and now i have no transaction id or anything to show except the money which is debited from my account!.
