Puma — Ordered a shoe and a cap.money was deducted.but there are no order details

Ive ordered a shoe and a cap I've did the payment and the cart is empty.my money was deducted from my account.i also got a mail confirmation about payment success.but there isn't showing any order number or details in my puma account.Theres no trace of my order. can anyone help. do i get my order or atleast refund 🥺
