[Resolved]  Puma — Ordered Puma shoes on 27th June..still not recieved

Hi I ordered Puma shoes on 27th June, 15, but till date i have not received shoes.I contacted there customer care service several times but every time they replied that you will get your shoes in 2-3 days. From last 6-7 days i am trying to contact there customer care no. but every time it is showing busy. I am frustrated now because it was gift for my father on his birthday and 17 days has passed. I don't have any hope left that Puma would be able to deliver my order. Now I want to cancel my order and want my money back. Very pathetic service by Puma online. I want solution on this ASAP.
