I ordered Evostripe men's T-shirt (Article no[protected] cost 1, 139 on the 8th of Feb 2023 and received the package containing Gypsy vest cost 200 on February 12th, 2023. I requested a refund through the Puma website the same day with a picture of the package. Despite waiting for over a week, the customer care team has not provided a satisfactory response, and all they have sent so far is an automated reply. I'm not sure what more can a customer do to get the product we paid for. I don't really understand in this day and age how hard is to get the product to the customer without losing it. We didn't choose the carrier that shipped our product, it's disappointing to receive such a response from Puma India customer care.
