Puma — Overpriced product

Two complaints.

1. The refund has not been initiated yet. All the policies clearly mentions out from the time the product has been picked up. I need my money on an urgent basis.

2. The product which i have returned, you people are selling it at highly overpriced rate.

I want my refund on an urgent basis and i am definately clear and you should be clear with your policies too.
Otherwise i am filing a complaint.
