I am writing to express my disappointment and raise a complaint about a pair of Puma shoes I purchased online from Myntra on May 10th, 2023. Within just 15 days o[censored]se, the upper layer of the shoes started tearing apart. When I visited a Puma store at Huda city center Metro station seeking assistance, I was informed that since the purchase was made online through a third party, they were unable to help me.
I am disappointed by this response. I believe that regardless of the sales channel, purchasing a genuine Puma product should entitle me to proper support.
I request either an exchange or refund for the faulty shoes. If a repair or replacement is possible, I am open to considering that option. Additionally, I urge you to address the issue with the store that denied assistance, as their response does not align with the expected level of service from Puma.
