Puma — Payment debited but order not placed - URGENT

I tried placing order in puma app of puma sports bag, then i selected the upi payment option for 5%discount, but the money is debited from my account but the order was not placed and in the "your order" section of app there still shows no such product order id and now i have no transaction id or anything to show except the screenshot money which is debited from my account!.
