Puma — Payment done but order not reflecting in my account

I ordered from puma website and paid at the same time via UPI, and the money was deducted from my account for which I got message from my bank, but I didn't got any message from puma about my order or confirmation of order. The products are still as is in my cart, no mail, no texts and they won't answer my calls as well.
