Hey,
I had ordered a shoes from the official website of Puma on 14 th August
order NO:[protected].
I had filed a complaint earlier saying that though I had done prepay my order marked as failed. After multiple follow ups finally I recieved an email that the money was succesfully refunded. But I havent recieved the money. Contacted my bank and they too said the same. Each time when I call the costumer care first they would say there is no entry in this order number and then will say wait for 15 days.
this is what they had said for the past 10 days each time I contacted
Please look into it and do the needful
