Puma — Prepaid money deducted from account but says order failed

My first purchase on puma, i go for a prepaid purchase and this happens
money has been deducted from my account and i get a order confirmed email, but after a few hours i get a mail saying "transaction through our payment gateway is not complete", need help asap, its been two days.

MONEY NOT REFUNDED EVEN IF I GET THIS MAIL, i check account and there's still no sign of refund its been 4 hours, this is very annoying and i request immediate help, what the hell is this

In regards to your concern, your order id[protected] is not confirmed and the amount of 6901.70 has been charged back/Bounce Back to the same source of account.

We kindly request you to check with the bank for your refund, so that they can check and assist you on the same.
