Hi, I have purchased a puma shoes Jago Ripstop article no 8792201 dt 19th Nov 14 for Rs 4999/- from DB mall Bhopal (MP) outlet and same get torn within a 01 month. For the same i have visited the outlet on 26th Dec 14 for the solution but he has not gave any solution &amp; told pl send the mail to puma customer care for the resolution.. So pl lookinto the same and arrange to replace... Regards, Yogesh Uppal
