I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Puma. The experience I had with their service was nothing short of terrible.
I placed an order for a pair of shoes on August 13th, with a promised delivery date of August 18th. However, as of August 22nd, I am still without my order. The delay itself is frustrating, but what's even more aggravating is the complete lack of communication and updates from Puma's end. Despite my attempts to reach out through various channels, I have not received any information about the status of my order.
As a customer, I expect transparency, reliability, and quality service from a reputable brand like Puma. It's disheartening to see a company of their stature failing to meet even the basic standards of customer service.
I regret ordering from Puma and will certainly not be doing so again in the future. This level of service is simply unacceptable, and I would caution anyone considering purchasing from Puma to think twice before proceeding.
