[Resolved]  Puma — refund and delivery issue

Puma provided a defect piece material, upon raising the flag they did not replace the product nor refunded the money, instead credited the amount into puma wallet.

Thereafter upon placing a new order with the amount was deducted, but product not delivered and puma is not responding, its been a month.

Each time i call them they have a new excuse. order no :[protected]
