Good evening,
I bought shoe and t-shirt from in.puma.com but there was size issue so I requested for return.
One guy from the courier, came to my place to pick up my order, and he picked it up, but later I received a message that pickup failed despite a successful pickup.
Then I called that guy and said that you picked it up, then why did I get a failure message? He said that there was some problem and I couldn't take it now, and he returned it to me.
It seems the guy came; he was completely new and unable to handle it. So I request that you please arrange someone who can execute it very quickly.
Its been long days, I am keeping follow-up with Puma support and they asked me to share the pics of the products with tag that I did but still there is no progress of my return.
This is very disappointing as a customer, I paid my hard earned money and I want to return but there is no value of customer for these guys.
This is my humble request that kindly address my issue and take an appropriate action against the company and process my return asap.
