Puma — Return picked up but received a text saying pick up failed.

It's been 10 days and I haven't received proper information as to where my reverse pick up parcel or my money is . I've already called customer care so many times .
The parcel got picked up on 6tg of July in the afternoon and I received a text saying pickup failed as I wasn't available but it infect was picked up and since that day I have no updates on my shoes or the money the customer care keeps asking me to wait for 24 to 48 hrs still no resolution. Being this big of a company and still have such mess up is just so embarrassing just cannot trust any brand these days.
