I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase I made at your Keerti Nagar, Delhi Puma Factory Store. On the first week of January, I purchased a pair of PUMA IGNITE V2 running shoes for men at a discounted price of 3000 rupees after a 70% discount. Unfortunately, after only two months o[censored]se, the shoes have begun to burst at the front.
As a loyal customer of Puma, I am disappointed with the quality of the product I received. I have always trusted Puma for its durability and reliability, but this experience has left me feeling let down. I expect the products I purchase from Puma to be of high quality and to last for a reasonable amount of time.
I kindly request that you address this issue promptly by either replacing the defective shoes or providing a refund. I believe this is a reasonable request considering the short amount of time the shoes have been in use and the significant defect they have developed.
