I got a pant in puma. Used it for a month and it had holes in it, Wch was a manufacture defect! I gave it to a staff and he said he ll get back within 2 days! He dint get back, I went to the shop after two weeks, he said he ll replace the product once the sale is over, and he ll call once the sale is over! He dint get back this time also! I went to that outlet after a month and that employee left the job! The new manager says he s not responsible for the left staff's mistake! I am 18 years old, I was fighting back against 4 men fr 1 hour! And after that he says, he ll exchange the product but I have to pay extra 800, itseems I got that pant fr 600 Wch is not acceptable! After that that employee started showing faces as if I got that product fr free! It was so much hurting! This is not the wAy they treat customers! I am very disappointed with their response!
