Puma — windcheater | |||
I recently bought a rain jacket from Puma store in Dahisar after a week i found the Windcheater to be useless for me so i went back to the store and asked for a refund. I had the bill and the tags with me. The jacket was not even bought under any discounted price but still the manager over there refused to give me a refund. I am a regular customer of Puma, my bag my shoes everything is of Puma. Did not expect this kind of answer from the store manager for an unused product refund. Please help me in this matter. I got running shoes from puma costing rupees 8000.The net of the shoes is torn within a month.The shoes are defected.Running shoes are meant for rumning amd these shoes didnot even last for a year.Cheap material is used in making this shoe.Warranty period is still there.I want these shoes to be returned or exchanged.
