I ordered a pair of Puma Red Bull Racing X-Ray 2 Unisex Sneakers on the official Puma India website on 24/12/21. Colour - Chinese Red - Puma White NIGHT SKY Size - 8 Qty - 1 pair Order no[protected] Sub-order ID 1371154 EAN[protected] My order was delivered today. The packet has all these above descriptions written but there is a different pair of shoes of the same size inside. This pair is not at all attractive to me, seems like much less expensive than what I had ordered and is causing me unnecessary harassment by taking my time to do all these otherwise needless things. Puma customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Dec 28, 2021 Updated by Manash Baba What I ordered and what I was delivered. An INR 3499 MRP pair of shoes delivered against the order of an INR 7999 MRP pair of shoes. Pathetic service or intentionally cheating? I ordered the pair because I need a pair of sneakers for an activity that I need to attend on 1st January 2022. My new year activity is ruined because of this pathetic customer concern. How would you compensate for that loss?
