Pune-Mumbai Expressway Toll — Khalapur toll Plaza, double toll collections on going on Mumbai - Pune Express way

Hi,
I travelled from Mumbai to Pune on 15th August, 2022x

At Khalapur Toll plaza, lady operator collected toll of Rs 270/- stating reason that My FAS tag is invalid. I paid using my debit card.

When I reached at Talegaon Toll plaza, i shown physical receipt toll and got exit, however when I checked my FAS TAG balance, Rs 203 /- also deducted from FAS Tag account.

I request to investigate and return my Money.

FAS TAG details and copy of toll paid attached.
