Pune-Mumbai Expressway Toll Complaints & Reviews

Hi,
I travelled from Mumbai to Pune on 15th August, 2022x

At Khalapur Toll plaza, lady operator collected toll of Rs 270/- stating reason that My FAS tag is invalid. I paid using my debit card.

When I reached at Talegaon Toll plaza, i shown physical receipt toll and got exit, however when I checked my FAS TAG balance, Rs 203 /- also deducted from FAS Tag account.

I request to investigate...

On my way to Alibag from Pune on 27th May 2022, i was charged 135/- as toll at Khalapur Toll. On the return journey on 30th May 2022, i was charged 135/- at Khalapur toll and 68/- at Talegaon toll.

Would like to understand why the difference?...

On dated 22.12.2019 @9.00pm i started my journey from khalapur toll towards pune. At khalapur toll plaza i was asked to pay in cash as fastag transaction is not working and they charged rs.173/- and handed over the receipt no. 3572.
